Production of flexible packaging is based on processing of thermoplast, a polyethylene obtained by the process of polymerization from ethylene, an oil derivative.

Production of film for obtainment of flexible packaging is performed by the inflated film technique. Production of inflated film is performed on modern extrusion lines from a polyethylene blend in the form of granules with added colorants and additives, depending on the type and intended purpose of the film.

Thanks to its exceptional mechanical properties, high transparency, and glow, polyethylene film is suitable for quality print and authentic transfer of image by the flexo print technique. On our modern printing lines including, among others, a central cylinder line, we perform high-quality color printing and print up to six colors.

After the extrusion and printing, the final process up to the finished product is performed on modern, sophisticated confectioning lines.
